Speed and Simplicity from the Base hup!
The hup! building system from Ultraframe brings speed and simplicity to any build and the company has now announced that an intuitive base solution is also available. The new hup! Base makes a hup! extension build even faster and is suitable for most site conditions.
Commenting about the newly launched hup! With the hup! Base, diggers are no longer required and the need for skips is reduced, sometimes eliminated. There is also far less mess and dirt on site compared to a traditional build and the need for specialist bricklayers is eliminated.
The speed of building with hup! is reduced even further with the new hup! Base as pads can be used vs full foundations, and the system is also compatible with ground screws if necessary. This means that there is far less excavation work to do on each build and less concrete needed, which further speeds up each project and reduces the chance of weather delays at the build stage. Featuring 100mm PIR, the hup! Base is highly energy efficient as you would expect from hup!, with a U-Value of just 0.18 w/m2K, and is fully Building Regulation compliant. Red tape is made easier as the system has been pre-approved for speedy approval by Stroma.
