The BBA offer confidence, reliability and risk management to the supply chain. They validate a products capability and credit it with a fully independent mark of excellence. Their assessment process reviews product suitability - individually or as part of a system and compliance to both industry standards and building regulations.

British Standards Institution (BSI) / ISO
The British Standards Institution (BSI) is the national standards body of the United Kingdom. BSI produces technical standards on a wide range of products and services and also supplies certification and standards-related services to businesses.
ISO 14001:2015
This specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. Every business has a moral responsibility to ensure that it is doing everything it can to positively influence change and its impact on the environment.
Minimising our impact on the environment is a huge part of everything with do here at Ultraframe, with many of our systems using manufacturing processes that eliminate or minimise waste. An example of our commitment to the ISO 14001 framework is the installation of solar panels.

ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
In June 1994 Ultraframe was the first company to achieve ISO 9001 for the design, manufacture and supply of conservatory roofing systems and to this day remains the only conservatory roofing company with both these accreditations.
Fire Safety
Ultraframe is the only solid roof manufacturer supplying the UK market to have fire test certificates for both the component and fully assembled roof system. Livinroof and Ultraroof have been stringently tested by Exova Warringtonfire and are certified to meet current building regulations.

Assent Building Control
Assent is a Corporate Building Control Approved Inspector that works to industry codes of conduct and building control performance standard, working hand-in-hand with its clients to add value to the building control process and make sure projects run as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Ultraframe systems are fully Building Regulation compliant and have been pre-approved by Assent to minimise red tape and give homeowners a fast and simple route to Building Regulation compliance.

JHAI
JHAI is an Approved Inspector, licensed by the Government via the Construction Industry council and the company provides Building Control for all types of building projects.

Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF)
Ultraframe are a member of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) which is a representative organisation for companies involved in all aspects of the manufacture of flat glass and products and services for all types of glazing, in commercial and domestic sectors.
The GGF is recognised by government and plays a large part in influencing new standards and regulations, such as The Building Regulations, the rules that govern and control the way our buildings are constructed in the UK.
CHAS ADVANCED
CHAS Advanced is an accreditation package that offers services, guidance and insights to help you complete the core modules of the PAS 91 prequalification questionnaire system and focus on project-specific requirements.
Holding CHAS Advanced prequalifies Ultraframe for a wide range of construction projects, CHAS Advanced membership enables us to share our PAS 91 and SSIP data with a network of over 2,500 CHAS clients across the UK and showcase we prequalify for projects by demonstrating our compliance with regulations such as CDM 2015.
Ultra Installer Scheme
The Ultra Installer Scheme is one of the longest running schemes of its type in the industry. Since its inception in 2004 our aims have not changed – we want to offer homeowners a range of local installers who offer high standards of installation and customer service.
All Ultra Installers undergo an initial assessment and follow-up assessments throughout their membership to ensure that every Ultra Installer continues to provide a high standard of service to their customers.
Look out for our Ultra Installers across our network of installers, all members can be easily verified with their unique ID number and QR code.
