At Ultraframe we take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 10 year manufacturers guarantee on most of our products. This product guarantee is provided installers and covers issues relating to product quality.

As a manufacturer we do not install our products and do not take any responsibility or liability for the installation of our products or any other part of the conservatory or extension that has been installed. The quality of the installation is the sole responsibility of the installer.

On occasion, when required we will provide the necessary technical support and advice to installers to help rectify any issues. This is done via phone call, email, video call or with the use of photography.
