What is the Ultra Installer Scheme?
It can be challenging for homeowners to find a local, trusted installer for their home improvement project, which is why we recommend our Ultra Installers as the best installation companies in their area.
To ensure high standards are maintained, all Ultra Installers undergo an initial assessment and follow-up assessments throughout their membership. This ensures that every Ultra Installer continues to provide a high standard of service to their customers, helping us raise industry standards together.
We'll arrange a convenient time with you when we can come and spend a day with you to evaluate how you ensure a quality service at every stage of the sales and installation process.
The assessment process will review these six areas of your business:
How your company deals with enquiry handling.
How you survey a potential installation
How you install the Conservatory, Orangery or Home Extension
Your sales process (showroom or in the home)
Manufacturing / Buying
Your Manufacturing/ Buying process
Your after sales service
A one off application fee for your initial inspection, written report and membership setup.
Annual membership fee with access to all marketing tools and support.
Monthly Lead Subscription
Leads can be paid monthly and are payable per branch.
Annual Lead Subscription
Alternatively you can pay for your leads annually.
