Our Site Support team can attend site for your first installation to provide advice and guidance on your install and will be there to ensure the installation process is followed correctly.

They can answer questions on this and future projects, advising the best practices to follow. If you would like to request site support for your first install, please complete the form below.

Site support terms and conditions

The first installations visit will be subject to the following conditions:

• Scaffolding or portable towers MUST be erected where possible. Ultraframe staff are not permitted to work from ladders.
• The installation company is responsible for completing the site support form.
• The project MUST be at installation stage where roof is ready to be applied i.e. old structures if applicable completely removed and new frames / existing primed and made good ready for the roof to be fitted onto.
• All access and appropriate safety equipment must be provided by the installation company as advised below.
• If the appropriate equipment is not supplied this may / can hinder the training process for the installers on site.
• When installing Ultraroof it may necessary to have more than 2 fitters particularly on larger roofs with longer box beams as these need to be lifted into position safely.
• Please ensure you have appropriate number of installers on site. For larger roofs 3 installers may be required.

Ultraframe will attend site on the first day of the installation and in exceptional circumstances be present on-site longer dependant on complexity of the roof involved.

Our site engineers purpose when attending site is to offer technical GUIDANCE and ADVICE ONLY so to ensure the installation process is followed.

Our site engineers will also discuss the manual and best practice on certain situations you may face on future projects. Ultraframe will contact the installation company a few days before the installation so to ensure all is on track with your project and discuss any other points you may have.

The value of this training is estimated at £450 for the day, however this is supplied free of charge for the first installation. If there is a cancellation a minimum 24 hours’ notice is required otherwise cancellation charges may / will apply.
