The principal objective of Ultraframe’s attendance was to inspire retailers with a vision of what can be achieved with both existing and new products/ concepts.
The 15 staff we had manning the stand – representing sales, marketing, technical support and training – were busy for the whole four day show.
Those visiting the stand – and over 300 action requests for follow up were made – voted the Veranda to be a big hit....as did the show organisers who made it ‘best in show’ product.
Other products appearing for the first time – Classic Plus, Shades, aluminium roof and cornice/decorative pillar were also highly rated by retailers.
Commenting after the show, Ultraframe’s Marketing Manager Mark Hanson said, “All of the staff who worked either during build up or at the show did a brilliant and professional job .The stand staff thoroughly enjoyed the extensive ‘one to one’ time they had with literally hundreds of customers and prospects”.
But don’t just take Mark’s word for it – have a look at the feedback from one retailer who typified the response to what was on display.
Eric Cheshire, Managing Director, High-Tech Windows Ltd;
“Thanks to your product display and enthusiastic staff, this year’s Glassex turned out to be the best for years. All of the new items on show will definitely lead to High-Tech Windows Ltd being more successful - please get them in production as soon as possible!!
The decorative corner columns and frame separators look stunning and will complement our top of the range designs and installations as will the Cornice.
We have already used the Super Duty Eaves Beam and it is excellent for supporting over Bi-Fold doors. I am sure the Veranda concept will prove to be popular, we regularly run our roofs past the conservatory main structure to give covered areas to the side, I can see this being very popular on modern properties.
Finally, Shades will give added sales opportunities but we feel they still need a little more time to develop fully.
Again, thank you for captivating my interest for the afternoon.”
So impressed were Ultraframe with the show,that they have already booked for 2010.
