Ultraframe customer, Conservatories By Design UK have recently completed the installation of a unique and impressive conservatory. The Plymouth based company have established themselves as specialist installers of unusual conservatories and are considered a leading installer in the South West area. This striking Ultraframe Classic lean-to conservatory sits perfectly on the rear of a detached home located in the prestigious Dartmoor National Park.
The unique feature of the installation is that the conservatory meets a ‘floating’ balcony. Several companies suggested installing a lower pitch roof, which sat underneath the balcony. However, this would have been impractical to install and impossible for the homeowners to clean and maintain. With the free help of Ultraframe’s technical support team, the solution of using a box gutter was devised and implemented.
