Lucy Russell announced as new Ultraframe Accounts Manager
Ultraframe has announced a new role for Lucy Russell, as Accounts Manager for the North West & Midlands.
Lucy joined the company in 2018 in response to a ‘significant number’ of customers switching to Ultraframe and has been instrumental in ensuring that the move to Ultraframe is as effortless as possible for retailers - enabling them to quickly and efficiently begin to install the company’s range of conservatory and extension roof products.
Her new role will see Lucy working closely with Ultraframe retailers to help develop their businesses by maximising their usage of the Ultraframe product range and ensuring that they are taking full advantage of the wide range of support services on offer.
Commenting on her new role, Lucy said: “Since joining Ultraframe in 2018 I have been really inspired by the level of innovation in the products and services that we offer, and I’m looking forward to working closely with the network of retailers in my area to make sure they take full advantage of this fantastic package. It’s a logical next step following on from my role within the onboarding team, as now I can help those customers we bring onboard to successfully continue their Ultraframe journey.”
Lucy will continue to report to Ultraframe Sales Director, Colin Noone, who said: “Lucy has worked in the fenestration industry for many years now and she has a huge amount of knowledge to share with our retailers to help them with taking their businesses to the next level. We have some exciting developments coming in 2020 and we have a strong team in place to ensure that our customers can take advantage of the many opportunities that these will present.
