Available for replacement conservatory roof and conservatory refurbishment projects, this offer is available through the HBC's LABC National Partnership scheme and it allows HBC to check and approve applications for work anywhere in England and Wales.

HBC LABC National Partnership Scheme FAQ's
You will be given access to HBC’s online portal to submit applications and their team will be on hand to offer support and advice. The scheme allows HBC to check and approve applications for work anywhere in England and Wales.
This scheme is only available for your conservatory roof replacement and conservatory refurbishment projects.
You will receive formal certificates of approval for proposed works followed by completion certificates after final inspections, essential documents for homeowners should they decide to sell their property in the future.
You can use the LABC Partner logo in all of your communications and marketing material. This logo shows your customers you are a competent Ultraframe installer and your work undergoes independent third party inspection by a local authority building control Surveyor.
There is no fee to join the scheme and there is no contractual arrangement. HBC are able to offer you competitive fee rates of only £279 per application that can be paid easily via the online portal.
