Ultraframe has recently awarded four members of staff with an All About You Award. The awards are presented to employees who go above and beyond in their role and really live the Ultraframe values.
The most recent All About You Awards were presented to employees from the Technical and Marketing Teams, but are open to employees across every area of the business as Head of HR, Sue Dixon, explained: “Our All About You Awards are a fantastic way for us to celebrate the efforts of those employees who have gone above and beyond the usual requirements of their role, resulting in an outstanding outcome and adding value to the business. This might be special assistance to a customer or colleague, developing new ways of working that have a positive outcome on the business, or anything else they have done in their role that we feel should be celebrated. We’d like to offer huge congratulations to the most recent winners.”
The All About You Awards not only celebrate exceptional performance, but this performance must also be in line with the company’s values of Customer, Premium Service, Integrity, Innovation, Total Quality and People.
One of the recent winners was Viv Ettenfield, Ultraframe’s Graphic Designer, who works in the Marketing team and creates the many pieces of literature, advertising campaigns and other creative for the conservatory and extension specialist.
When Ultraframe needed a new promotional video for Ultraroof, Viv took it upon herself to learn how to do this – developing new skills in specialist video editing software that not only resulted in a fantastic new video, but that will also save the company money going forward.
Commenting about her award, Viv said: “I am thrilled to have been recognised by the company with an All About You Award. I took on the challenge of learning how to shoot and edit the video with the aim of reducing costs and creating a piece of media that we could be proud of. I was very happy with the finished video and for my efforts to be celebrated by all at Ultraframe is the icing on the cake. Our CEO Julian told me that learning these new skills has added value to the business, which makes me immensely proud and has given me a great sense of achievement.”
As well as being recognised by their colleagues at Ultraframe, All About You winners also receive a certificate and voucher as a thank you. At the presentation by CEO Julian Slade, employees reaching long service milestones were also honoured, with another four joining the exclusive; yet ever-growing group of loyal employees with over 25 years’ service.
