Ultraframe has further enhanced the already extensive support package for its consumer-preferred tiled roof system with the appointment of a dedicated Ultraroof Product Manager. Mark Bowler joins the conservatory and extension specialist with 29 years’ industry experience to offer hands-on support.
Ultraframe Marketing Director, Alex Hewitt, explained more about Mark’s role, saying: “While we already have a huge amount of support available, it’s fantastic to have an expert on site for first Ultraroof installations to offer help and advice and ensure it all runs smoothly. That’s exactly what Mark is – an expert – having been involved with Ultraroof from a fitting/technical capacity since it was launched in his previous role. No installer needs to feel that they are alone when fitting Ultraroof – or any Ultraframe product for that matter - and Mark is doing a fantastic job of helping installers build their Ultraroof skills.”
While site-assists are the main part of Mark’s role, he also works with fitting teams post-installation to help them further develop their skills, as well as identifying and communicating any enhancements to Ultraroof fabrication or packaging which could further enhance the fitting experience. The final tools in the Ultraroof support package offered by Mark are the surveying and installation courses that he delivers to customers across the UK, ensuring that Ultraroof installations are carried out safely and with minimum hassle for the installer.
Aside from the hands-on assistance available from Mark, there is also the highly-experienced Technical Team based at Ultraframe’s Clitheroe HQ who are on hand to offer help and support by phone, email and most recently, by WhatsApp.
Ultraroof has recently been declared the preferred solid roof of consumers during independent research, thanks to its many outstanding aesthetic features, such as it never needing a tie bar and its slimline ridge and hips.
