Site Visit Booking

This booking form is to be used by a trade company when requesting a site visit. We will make every effort to resolve any issues in a speedy and cost effective way. The reputation of the Ultraframe brand depends on our joint efforts to reduce issues and their effects on the consumer.

Should our site visit report (which is detailed and includes photos and recommendations) determine that the cause of your reported issues is due to incorrect installation, we will levy the site visit charge of £350+VAT.

PLEASE NOTE: Site visit dates will only be confirmed after receipt of payment.
