Rooms With A View of Bradford has enjoyed a marked increase in sales leads thanks to its new showroom. The centre received a well-documented launch in August of this year and has continued to receive a high rate of footfall since its opening.

The innovative lifestyle centre showcases ten conservatories featuring the market leading Ultraframe roofing system in a wide range of styles and colours. Each conservatory is fully furnished to demonstrate the variety of uses for a conservatory and inspire visitors with interior design ideas. As well as more traditional conservatory furnishings, such as cane furniture, the showroom also features very smart, contemporary rooms with plasma TVs and sound systems.

David Kedzierski, partner at Rooms With A View, comments: “We are very proud of the standard of our new showroom and the interest that its launch generated. We decided to dress the conservatories to give them a realistic feel and encourage visitors to imagine a conservatory on their own home. However, this effort would all have gone to waste if people did not visit the centre in the first place. For this reason we put a great deal of effort into creating publicity for the launch. A local radio station broadcast their breakfast show live from the centre and we also had an Ozzy Osbourne impersonator on site which attracted a great deal of footfall into the showroom.”

David Kedzierski continues: “Since that initial interest from the public at the launch, we have had a constant stream of visits from potential customers. The location of the show room is fantastic, as it is on a main road we receive a lot of passing trade and our user friendly car park encourages people to stop and pop in.”

Rooms With A View is also a member of Ultraframe’s Guild Approved Ultra Installer Scheme which increases their credibility with homeowners. As part of the application process for the Scheme, members undergo homeowner reference checks conducted by the Guild of Master Craftsmen and also commit to ongoing independent inspections by the BBA. Benefits of the Scheme include immediate communication about ‘hot’ sales leads, monthly updates on consumer leads and referrals through the Ultraframe call centre and website, as well as outstanding marketing support through the Marketing Toolbox to help boost business.

David Kedzierski comments: “We joined Ultraframe’s Ultra Installer Scheme because it is very well respected within the industry and is prestigious because you have to pass the independent entry inspections by the BBA and Guild of Master Craftsmen. When approaching homeowners, they can feel confident that we are a reputable company thanks to our membership of the Scheme. The Scheme has also generated a number of sales leads for us in our area.”

David Kedzierski concluded: “It is fantastic for business that we are now able to offer potential customers a chance to view the high standard and wide range of our conservatories at the new showroom. Potential customers can be reassured of the quality of our work by seeing and experiencing it first hand before making an investment. Rooms With a View will also feature in a one hour documentary due to air on Sky One in March 2007, which will be a further opportunity to educate consumers about the service we offer, the quality of our work and the Ultraframe products that we use.”
