Leading designer and manufacturer of conservatory roofing systems Ultraframe is helping its installers convert more sales with the launch of a new conservatory Maintenance Guide for homeowners, to be offered as part of the after-sales service. A further benefit is a Roof Certificate of Authenticity that Ultraframe installers can offer consumers on completion of the installation proving that the product they have is a top quality Ultraframe roof.
The new full colour Maintenance Guide from Ultraframe offers important advice and simple tips to new conservatory owners to help them look after their investment and keep it looking as good as the day the installation was completed. The Guide includes detailed instructions for cleaning the different conservatory materials and the more hard to reach areas, including gutters and box gutters, as well as tips to keep glass clean and scratch free.
It also offers essential, practical advice on how to maintain a comfortable conservatory environment all year round, through heating and ventilation, and how to minimise condensation. Helen Cole, Marketing Services Manager, commented; “The new Maintenance Guide is comprehensive and user friendly. It is a great sales tool for Ultraframe installers who can provide it to homeowners on completion of the conservatory and be confident that they then have all the information they need to really look after, use and enjoy their conservatory to the full.”
Helen continued; “Another unique after sales service offered to Ultraframe conservatory owners is the Roof Certificate of Authenticity which guarantees that homeowners have received a genuine Ultraframe roof. Unfortunately, as market leader in our field, imitation of our products is inevitable, and some disreputable companies have been known to promise to fit an Ultraframe roof, only to fit an inferior system. The Roof Certificate of Authenticity has been designed to combat this serious problem. It can also be passed on by the homeowners with the house deeds should they ever wish to sell their property and can form part of the Government ‘Home Information Packs’.”
Copies of the Maintenance Guide will automatically be issued to those homeowners who claim their Ultraframe Roof Certificate of Authenticity, or alternatively installers can choose to leave a Guide with their customer once they have completed an installation, as part of their commitment to excellent after sales service.
Helen Cole concluded: “The Maintenance Guide and Roof Certificate of Authenticity are attractive and practical extras that an Ultraframe installer can offer to their customers to really enhance their after-sales service and differentiate themselves from their competitors.”
The Maintenance Guides are available in packs of 25 priced at just £10 - only 40p a manual. For further details or to order a copy please contact the Ultraframe Installer First Team on 0870 4141002.
