The Ultraframe Ultra Installer Scheme continues to go from strength to strength. A positive start to the New Year has seen 5 new members accepted onto the elite Scheme in the last 4 weeks, further improving the level of Ultra Installer coverage around the UK.

Established in 2003, the Scheme offers quality installation companies with the chance to become independently accredited by the BBA, providing peace of mind to potential conservatory buyers. Members also enjoy a whole host of business benefits provided by Ultraframe such as sales leads, access to exclusive retail literature and the option to provide a competitively priced Insurance Backed Guarantee to their customers.

Mark Hanson, Marketing Manager at Ultraframe and Ultra Installer Scheme Manager commented: “We are pleased to welcome our latest members into the Ultra Installer Scheme. The Scheme has developed over the last 5 years into what we believe is the most robust scheme of its type in the industry. The independent inspections that all members undergo on an ongoing basis mean that the Ultra Installer Scheme can offer consumers a simple way to find reputable and accredited installation companies. Times are hard, not just in the glass & glazing sector but in all areas of consumer spending. The impending credit crunch has meant that companies have to fight harder for every pound the consumer has to spend, particularly on big ticket purchases such as conservatories; and so initiatives such as the Ultra Installer Scheme which provide leads for companies and peace of mind for consumers are all important at a time like this.”

One of the new intake of members, Custom Conservatories, based at Cadbury Garden Centre in Congresbury, Somerset has received seven leads in the first few weeks of membership and are pleased to have been accepted onto the prestigious Scheme. Dean Souch, Conservatory Manager at Custom Conservatories commented: “We believe that our membership of the Ultra Installer Scheme will be a great help to us in converting leads. Although we are already established and well known within the local area, an independent stamp of approval from a respected body such as the BBA gives potential customers that extra confidence that they should choose us to fit their conservatory. We look forward to a successful year ahead.”

Members of the Scheme are listed on the Ultraframe website, where each of them has their own page, featuring their logo, images of installations/showsites and information about the company. The Ultraframe Marketing team work hard to drive consumers onto the website where they can then capture their details and generate sales leads for members. During the first three weeks in January, traditionally a ‘lean’ month within the industry, well over 600 leads have already been generated for Ultra Installer Scheme members.

Mark Hanson concluded: “Word is spreading about the success of the Ultra Installer Scheme with waiting lists now in operation in many areas of the country. Ultraframe believe that Schemes such as ours demonstrate a member’s commitment to product and service excellence and also give them a tool to allow them to distinguish themselves form the local competition, allowing them to charge and justify a price premium where necessary. Combined with other initiatives such as the Certificate of Authenticity; the Ultra Installer Scheme is part of Ultraframe’s ongoing strategy to position ourselves as not only the market leader to the trade, but also as the ‘Consumer Champion’ to homeowners. We believe that this winning combination will allow our customers to succeed, despite the current economic climate.”
